As the sun stretches across this last Sunday of June, may this space be a place where we can feel inspired to weave more meals, movement and mindset shifts as we begin a new week, and a new month. My vote is for the s’more cookies, but a close second are the books on my nightstand and the newest addition to our home gym (that you can use anywhere!). Come on in for a sweet summertime dip into the Well of JOY!

After several (still scrumptious but not quite perfect) attempts, we came up with the most splendid s’more cookie recipe. As always, they’re vegan, gluten-free, and the sweetest summertime treat!

We’re testing these organic digestive enzymes and so far, I’m a big fan.

If you’re a fan of chia seeds, might I suggest Zen Basil Seeds? I add them to our morning smoothie, salads, yogurt – you can even make basil seed pudding (just like chia pudding, but IMO, better!). The basil seeds are rich in fiber, incredible for heart health, hair and skin boosters, and even immunity. Give them a try and tell me what you think!
