I hope this summer has been treating you well and you’re falling into a rhythm of sunshine, self-care, and soulful time with family and friends! Today’s Scrolls has been a labor of love over the past few weeks compiling all of the micro-joys that have come our way; everything from a helpful look at hormones and fat loss to easy ways we can improve sleep quality (as soon as tonight!), the 100-mile hike we’ve added to our bucket list, and motivation and mindset shifts we’re taking into the last leap of summer. We’re so thankful you’re here – come on in!

A new study out of the University of Chicago found that eating more fruits and vegetables can improve sleep quality by over 16%—and the benefits can start the very same night.

The fourth square in the slideshow really spoke to me. It’s an excerpt from James Clear’s newsletter, and I loved his take on fearing what other people think of us. I’m going to heed his advice! You too?

And I’ll leave you with this silly side-by-side. I have no idea how to photoshop and saw someone recommend AI for removing things from the background that you’d rather not have in your photo (like this cute little girl who photobombed us on the left). So I asked chatgpt to please just edit out the girl in the background and keep everything else as-is. Apparently, it didn’t understand the assignment. It reminds me of one of those games where you have two very similar photos and have to circle all of the things that are “wrong” with the second one. Why did it do this to our faces?! 😆 I hope we brought you a smile and a nugget or two to take with you this week! Have a well + joyful day, kind friend!
