Today we have a surefire way to fix our posture in less than 10 minutes, the yummiest (and easiest!) homemade chocolate Easter eggs, what’s been keeping us active and inspired, and motivation for the week ahead! We can’t wait to Scroll with you ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ:

Meals

I can’t buy the store-bought chocolate eggs after reading what’s hiding inside. But I still want to be the fun mom with yummy holiday treats (without artificial dyes, chemicals, and a sugar overdose). Here’s what we whipped up this week:

CHOCOLATE COVERED EASTER EGGS
  • 1 cup organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup organic, gluten free cocoa krispies
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 T. maple syrup
  • Mix all of the above together, form into egg shapes (or use a mold if you have one). Then pop in the freezer while you melt 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 t. coconut oil.
  • Coat the egg completely in chocolate and decorate as you like. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days for max freshness!

Movement

10 minutes a day for better posture? Count me in. It’s not too late to fix our tech neck!

Mindset

I LOVE when you leave a note to tell me which part of Scrolls speaks to you the most each week. Please know how much it makes my day! Mine is the 1st and last quote here, plus the links at the bottom, especially about transforming our habits this spring ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ.

You are so beautiful inside and out! Iโ€™m very lucky to have a person as positive as you in my life. I might have to try the hair treatment, I think it could do great things for me. I also think the boredom book might be a good one to leave laying around the house for the girls. They love to read and if they just happen to come across a pretty book that tells them itโ€™s ok to be boredโ€ฆmom win!
