Sunday Scrolls: July 30th

We are up to our chins in boxes and at the stage of packing where we both look at each other and say, what have we gotten ourselves into!? But if the last eight moves have taught us anything, it’s that this stage is temporary and it’s a *little like childbirth in that you forget the pain and it’s all worth it when you’re unpacked and settled…only that’s not exactly our reality this time 😅. More on that later. In the meantime, a new clean vegan “meat” option that is absolutely delicious, the best time of day to get your walk in, and mindset motivation as we head into the final half of the year. It’s a good one and we’re so thankful you’re here!

Meals

I’m always on the hunt for clean vegan protein and this new-to-me brand hit it out of the park! The taste, texture and flavor profile is an absolutely phenomenal combo, plus, it’s not only yuka-approved, but it rates as “excellent” on the site. I found them at Whole Foods and Sprouts so far, so I would definitely check the freezer section at your local grocer. 10/10 recommend ⭐️

Movement

What time of day do you walk? Two Sleep Experts, a Registered Dietitian, and a Fitness Expert answer, here. Mindset

I don’t know how we made it so long without these – they are *lifesavers* for travel. I ordered each of us a different color to keep it organized and easy! And for as many road trips as we take, I got one of these too – a fun hack for kids is to wrap tiny trinkets like presents and stuff them at the bottom of one of the pockets for when the trillionth “are we there yet?!” hits.
