Happy (Walkthrough) Wednesday! We are so glad you stopped by and can’t wait to take you on a house tour of this grecian goddess – it’s 5 beds, 4.5 baths, 3,500 square feet – has a dual staircase, in-law quarters…so much to see we better get started!

I blame the European feels for Jon’s, let’s call it “enthusiasm”, on this one. We had so many ideas for improvements, adding your own design flair, use of all that space. It has a ton of potential!

Call of the Loon brought the drone inside for this one and we had so much fun strutting our stuff on the catwalk. I also loved that although it was nestled in the middle of a popular development, it was a (block) party in the front, and private in the back (with no neighbors behind).

We covered a lot of my favorite topics in this one – pricing to sell – and shared our secret to selling first, and for top dollar. Have you tried this strategy? Share with us below!

A special thank you to one of my favorite Realtors, Kellie Jo Maher (kelliejomaher.com) for inviting our team to showcase her listing! This one is under contract, but she has a few gems coming on soon!
