My friend Jen has me hooked on this easy, delicious, wonderful site for clean recipes. If you have a goal to eat more whole, nutritious foods, I know you’ll find some fresh takes to try. movement
If you want to make one small shift that will have a wildly big impact on your digestion, metabolism, and will help to reduce blood sugar spikes – this is it: closely after a meal, take a 10-minute walk. What a magical month December was. I am hoping to take the joy of the holidays into the New Year in the form of saying yes to more family adventures, more time spent playing games at the table, more treats for neighbors and friends, more giving back to people and places close to our hearts. Less complaining, more gratitude. Less worry, more glee! PS – the wonder on Grey’s face in the 13th picture is one I hope he holds onto forever!
