Have you ever walked into a room where you’re genuinely excited to see everyone, people are warm and inviting, you ask deep questions and get beautifully thoughtful answers and it’s just generally good vibes all around you? That’s how I feel seeing you on Sundays. Thank you for sharing this space with us! Today’s Scrolls has glucose-friendly snack ideas, micro movements you can easily slide into your day, and spectacular nuggets of inspiration to nestle into your pocket:

Meals

I tried the cucumber and almond butter pairing this week and it was delicious! A little cinnamon and sea salt on top took it up a notch. I’ve never had that combo before (only PB on celery sticks), have you?

Movement

If making time for a full workout feels like an impossibility, what if you started incorporating micro movements into your day? Here are 5 exercises you can squeeze in any time, anywhere!

Mindset

It’s too hard to choose the stand-out nugget of wisdom this week – they all ring true! Which moves you the most?
