I’m not sure Grey ever believed in the Easter bunny. And looking at this throwback from a few years ago in Chicago, I see the why of it a little more clearly π. We have been going through a master bathroom refresh, and as a result, had to move the contents of our life to the upstairs guest bedroom for a few weeks. I realized very quickly after countless trips up and down how much of an impact 18 steps can have each way π . Even before I stumbled on this article (7 Things That Happen to Your Body When You Take The Stairs ), I knew it was something I wanted to keep up on long after the renovation is complete. Less stress? Better bones? Longevity?! Yes, please!
Mindset
