No-Bake Vegan + GF Cookies with only 5 ingredients!

Sweet + salty cookie craving but you’re short on time and ingredients? We’ve got you covered:

Melt over medium heat:

  • 4 T. coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or nut or seed butter of choice)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop truvani vegan chocolate protein

Remove from heat and mix in:

  • 1 cup organic GF oats
  • 1 t. Celtic sea salt

Spoon evenly into muffin tins, then place in freezer while you fire back up the stovetop over medium heat – add:

  • 1 T. coconut oil
  • 3 T. nut or seed butter
  • 3 T. maple syrup

Take your cookies out of the freezer, spoon the “icing” on top, then back in the freezer until they set. Store the cookies there until you’re ready to eat them. ENJOY!
