Tile is one of my favorite materials to shop for…it ranks even higher than our weekly trip to Home Goods, which by the way, also happens on Tuesdays because that’s when new shipments arrive – woo! This week we’re rounding up a few new styles we’re eyeing with the hope that it gives you some inspo to tackle your own DIY!
Patterned Hex. The hexagon has been popping up the past couple of years and we don’t see this trend going away anytime soon. We love the fresh spin that the artisans at Clé Tile have put on it and this is just one (fun!) example.
Metallics. This look is so luxe and though it’s definitely more of a splurge, there are certain spaces that merit these gilded gems. Say you have a smaller bathroom that needs a focal point, even if you used this as a backsplash around just the sink area – it’s bound to be the star of the show.
Porcelain Wood Look. Clients keep asking us about tile with a “wood look”, and in the right space, you can definitely pull it off. We’re seeing more and more options for natural looking tiles and fresh blue-grey hues to give updated, modern vibes.
Cement Patio. I pinned this patio by Emily Henderson two years ago and it’s one of those projects you get stuck in your head and can’t get out. It’s. just. so. dreamy! Jon tells me we’ll have to wait to make this look happen until we move to say, Palm Springs, but if you happen to be in a more sunny climate than Central New York, please please please give this a go!
Which style would you try in your next project? We’d love for you to share with the Pack in the comments below!
