June turned out to be just the celebration we all needed after a long (longgg) year of moving (three times), homeschooling, and non-stop renovations. We were in our favorite town for a two-fer to celebrate Grey finishing 2nd grade with flying colors, and loving on our very favorite Dad for Father’s Day. Here’s a look at the last month through the camera roll:

At the beginning of the slideshow I added a few of our favorite snaps from our family trip to Sedona this month, and at the end, everyday life (homemade pirate hats and all). I have never been more grateful to be exactly where we are (home!), together, and healthy. This was the first trip in many years where I actually felt homesick at the end and couldn’t wait to be back in our bubble. After so many moves, there is such peace in knowing that we chose well this time, and have made a home we all feel that way about.

But back to Sedona, we tried something new with saying yes to a drum circle our friends invited us to (way out of Jon’s comfort zone but he was a trooper 😆), spent hours in used book shops, and hiked to the most majestic views we’ve ever laid eyes on. Speaking of, look at this little man’s first day/ last day at Bell Rock. I can’t get over how much he has grown this year!

If you ever find yourselves in Sedona, we promise to come through with all of our favorites spots to hike, eat, and play. After so many trips in a short amount of time, we have befriended the locals and discovered so many hidden gems we know you’ll love. Wherever this summer’s adventures take you – we pray you find peace, JOY, and well-being! Can’t wait to see you Sunday for Scrolls 😍.
