Taste The Rainbow Smoothie

You know I’m a sucker for cauliflower in a smoothie – SO much goodness and you can’t even taste the vegginess! But *rainbow* cauliflower?! YES, please! This one is easy, positively loaded with superfoods, and absolutely scrumptious:

  • 1 cup organic frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup vegan milk of choice
  • 1 scoop blue spirulina
  • 1 t. maca root
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • swirl of maple syrup

It’s incredible for aiding digestion, muscle recovery, is an immunity-boosting and antioxidant-rich powerhouse, and gives you a GLOW from the inside out. I can’t wait to hear what you think.
