You know I’m a sucker for cauliflower in a smoothie – SO much goodness and you can’t even taste the vegginess! But *rainbow* cauliflower?! YES, please! This one is easy, positively loaded with superfoods, and absolutely scrumptious:
- 1 cup organic frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup organic frozen pineapple
- 1 cup vegan milk of choice
- 1 scoop blue spirulina
- 1 t. maca root
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. cinnamon
- swirl of maple syrup
