We have had so much fun touring homes with you each week over on insta stories that we decided #WalkthroughWednesday was deserving of its own YouTube series! Nixon Pack Properties has partnered with Call of the Loon Productions to bring you a new house each Wednesday. We’ll be previewing homes in different neighborhoods, at different price points, both fixer uppers and new construction. Our goal is to give insights into the current real estate market, tips on selling your home, design inspiration, renovation ideas, peeks into different neighborhoods and more. (By “more” I mean me trying to reel in Jon and his inappropriate comments and antics).
