The new trend we’re seeing in kitchen design is one with staying power. It’s less emphasis on restaurant-like, commercial-grade, so much stainless it feels chilly like a morgue kitchen. And instead, more of an effort to create a thoughtfully designed extension of your living room, showcasing artwork and a warm space for gathering. We are here for it! Take a look at our favorite kitchen renovations to cross our feed this week and let us know in the comments below if this is a trend you’d try in your home:
You know we’re partial to blue, but it’s not just that. It’s the hue, it’s the gallery lighting, it’s the hidden appliances with the exception of that range. Designed to perfection.
Take a look at this eye candy. The vaulted ceilings, soothing palette, and mixed materials are timeless and inviting. But what really sold me was the pizza oven. And warmth doesn’t have to mean bland. Take a look at this bold pop and tell me you wouldn’t want to entertain in this space. I especially love the mix of metallic and wood, light and dark, and how fresh and vibrant it feels. Here is a renovation that lacks a time stamp and would appeal to a mass group of buyers.
Did you have a favorite? I have to say mine was the first kitchen with the pale blue. I’m still swooning over it. How about you? Leave us a note below, and as always, a big, loving thank you for taking time out of your day to drop by!
